Craig Lewis, Executive Director of the Clean Coalition, discussed the advancement of CLEAN Programs in the U.S.  He showed how the CLEAN California Campaign, which represents a broad partnership of California business and community groups, including the Clean Economy Network, is encouraging the state to implement a robust CLEAN Program.

Mark Fulton will tell the German CLEAN Program story and demonstrate the phenomenal success that Germany is having with its CLEAN Program, which has been in place since 2000, and Mike Eckhart will draw on his extensive knowledge of renewable energy policies to facilitate a lively discussion.
