The annual Summit has come to be regarded as the most effective and productive forum that has helped spur transit-oriented development and sustainable workforce housing for Los Angeles for over a decade. Our panels this year focused on reauthorization of the U.S. Transportation Bill, L.A.’s transportation infrastructure and transit-oriented developments, LA’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund, the impact of a shared economy, the L.A. River, and ways to ensure continued gap financing for low-income housing projects.
